Step 1: Get Into Contact

Making the decision to list your property is the biggest step. Once you've made that decision, get in contact with us by calling or emailing the CO-Host team to get an initial evaluation scheduled!

Step 2: Initial Evaluation

After scheduling a meeting, a member of CO-Host's evaluation team will sit down with you and review your property to make sure it meets our CO-Host Standards. If there are criteria missing after the evaluation don't worry, we have a professional team of experts that will let you know what is still required and how to acquire it!

Step 3: Setup

After we have completed our evaluation determined that everything is up to CO-Host standards, our team will take over and begin making your home ready to list. Our talented design team will elegantly display all of the beauty your house holds. Once complete, they will work with our expert photographers to create the perfect listing.

Step 4: Enjoy Stress Free Management

Once our designers and photographers have developed your personalized listing, all that is left to do is to activate your listing and to start accepting guests!

CO-Host Management will ensure that the listing process is smooth and worry free.
